    Shipping Policy

    **All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

    Please allow a minimum of 5 days processing time for all orders. We ship orders via USPS by 3 PM the next business day after processing. If we are unable to ship orders for any period of time it will be noted in the announcement bar on the website.

    Incorrect Shipping Information

    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address which you provided, or if you cannot accept the delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Christopher Anthony’s Premium Raw Virgin Hair is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect, or incomplete, shipping information provided by a customer, no store credit will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

    No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

    Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier for delivery. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays or mistakes in shipments that are caused by third party shipping and courier services.


    Christopher Anthony’s Premium Raw Virgin Hair is not responsible for products damaged in transit or an order that you feel was processed or filled incorrectly, you must contact us by phone or email within 30 days of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be changed or cancelled.

    USPS First Class Mail – approximately 2-7 business days for delivery

    USPS Priority Mail - approximately 1-5 business days for delivery

    UPS - delivery time depends on option chosen

    For US Orders: Normally takes 2-7 business days 

    For International Orders: Usually takes 8-14 business days. 

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    Christopher Anthony’s Premium Raw Virgin Hair will not be held responsible for lost, or stolen packages, which have been confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order.  At your request, Christopher Anthony’s Premium Raw Virgin Hair will confirm delivery to the provided address, the date of the delivery, any available tracking information, and shipping carrier information so that you may investigate further.

    Order Processing Times

    Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order, all orders processed after 5 pm are considered a next business day order (except holidays and weekends). Shipping is usually 2-3 business days. Orders submitted on weekends will be processed on Monday or Tuesday.

    All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or (if selected) Priority Mail (3-5 day service, not guaranteed) or UPS. These services provide delivery confirmation for all of our orders. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

    Items not in Stock

    We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. Due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may go on backorder. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you.

    Domestic Orders

    Please verify that you have entered the correct address, before finalizing your order as you are responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We cannot make address adjustments unless you notify us prior to your order shipping. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.

    To correct an address please, provide an order number and the correct shipping address in the email. Once an order has shipped we will not be responsible for an incorrect address.

    Non-Domestic Orders 

    All packages,once processed,  unless otherwise stipulated, are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority International, Express Mail International, or UPS(if selected at checkout). Tracking numbers are given, but the postal service does not typically allow tracking of this number until the package has been delivered. Please note that minor adjustments to the shipping rate may be required depending upon the country of shipment and the CURRENT USPS shipping rates.

    Canadian Customers

    Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties, and other taxes of goods (e.g., excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.

    International Customers

    The purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if it is refused by customs or by yourself, due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
