What is your refund/exchange policy?

Why are your raw hair prices so high?

The raw hair that we sell is not processed virgin hair (an example would be the hair shipped from most  vendors in China). Our hair is raw, unprocessed Temple hair, each weft is from one donor. This is premium quality hair that will last you three to five years if you take good care of it, so the cost for this level of quality, and longevity, is well worth it. How many bundles should I purchase?

If you are doing a leave out or purchasing a closure we recommend 3 bundles. If you are purchasing a frontal we recommend 2 bundles.

Will I need to disinfect the hair when I receive it?

No. We inspect, wash, and deep condition every single wig, bundle, frontal, and closure before we ship it to you. For more information, please watch some of our tutorials on taking care of raw hair

How long will the hair last?

Our Premium Raw Indian and Indonesian hair can last anywhere from 3 to 5 years if it is well cared for.

My (mother, auntie, best friend) says that this hair is from dead people, is that true?

Our Premium Raw Indian and Indonesian hair is tonsure hair that is donated to temples by women who are definitely alive.

Do you ship to my country and how much does it cost?

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free in the United States for orders over $50. International shipping rates will depend on the country and the carrier that you choose.

How long will it take to receive my hair?

We prep and ship every day between 12PM and 4PM, when possible. We wash and condition every single bundle, closure, and frontal prior to shipping. We ship from Atlanta, GA  so the amount of time it takes to receive your hair will depend on distance from Atlanta.

How much does ___cost in my currency?

There is a currency converter at the top or bottom of the page, select your country and the prices will reflect your currency.

Do you offer samples?

We do not currently offer samples because our hair is Temple hair and every bundle will be slightly different. 

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, we  offer wholesale for business owners. Please contact us for more information.

Is there a minimum purchase quantity or amount for wholesale?

Currently we require a minimum purchase amount of $500 for wholesale customers, this is subject to increase at our discretion. There is no minimum purchase quantity.

What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Sezzle, and QuadPay. We do not accept checks or COD.

What are Quadpay and Sezzle?

Sezzle and Quadpay  offer our you a more flexible way to pay for purchases by providing the opportunity to split your purchase into four, interest-free installments paid over six weeks. Utilizing Sezzle and Quadpay does not affect when you will receive your order.
